Do your friends and family know how important it is to you to be active, that you have a plan of action and a goal you’d like to achieve and that you need their help to achieve it? Let them know! They’ll be your biggest supporters.
People often say that they get a sense of support and encouragement just from being in an exercise environment with other people. You may not know them, they may not know you, but you are all in the same boat, jumping up and down and getting sweaty together. Try joining a gym or go to an exercise class to get the social support you need.
