Sport Otago has some great information on easy walks and a 10,000 step program for those who are just getting started in walking for exercise. Click here to be taken to more information on their website.

MoveMe and Sport Otago have also created this six week walking plan which suits people just starting out, or those training for a walking event. It also includes walking tips and regular walking events in Dunedin.
