MoveMe is proud to make these four workplace resources available to you free of charge. The two challenges can be done as part of a group, a workplace competition or as a general personal challenge to increase your motivation and help you fit more activity in to your daily schedule. And feel free to print off the ‘Daily Dose of Nature’ and ‘Log Off Shut Down’ posters and pop them up in a shared area at work – we hope they’ll prompt you to take a break!

Mount Cargill Challenge

Climbing to the top of Mount Cargill can be a challenge in itself. At 676 meters above sea level, it’s quite a hike! But you don’t have to walk that all at once. Bring the height back down and indoors with this challenge, by tackling the stairs one flight at a time.

Log Off, Shut Down

Get out of the office on your break and take in some fresh air. This CBD map focuses on opportunities to be active (or to just enjoy some “green time”) within walking distance of the Octagon. Log off the computer and head outside.

Daily Dose of Nature

Have you had your daily dose of nature? Spending time in green spaces is great for your mental and physical health. Note down the spots close to you and keep this poster handy as a reminder to get out and be active.

New Zealand Challenge

You can choose any activity you like to reach the full distance of New Zealand.  Each box on the poster represents 30km. There is no set time to complete the journey but as a guide we recommend it should take between three and five weeks.
